Role description
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 5 years of proven experience delivering high-quality analysis across complex business and technology initiatives.
- Lead business analysis activities for the Next Gen Loyalty Platform project, supporting the RFP, discovery, feasibility, and solution assessment phases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to identify business needs, opportunities, risks, and constraints.
- Produce and maintain high-quality business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, gap analyses, impact analyses, and business process evaluations to support strategic decision-making and solution design.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, prioritized, and translated into effective solutions.
- Support the RFP process by contributing to scope definition, requirements documentation, solution evaluation, vendor assessments, and response reviews.
- Work within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments, supporting backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and change management activities.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to Business Analysts, while driving best practices in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, documentation standards, and continuous improvement.
