We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Sales Manager to expand our global customer base and drive revenue growth across international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving international sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and partners.
- Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM software.
- Represent the company in international trade shows, exhibitions, and online events when required.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in international sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and global markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts.
- Willingness to work across different time zones.

- Experience in IT services, SaaS, Digital Marketing, Software Development, or Technology Solutions is preferred.
