Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The role involves managing front office functions, ensuring excellent patient experience, supervising staff, and handling billing and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office Management
- Oversee reception operations including patient registration, appointments, and inquiries
- Ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting time
- Maintain proper documentation and records at the front desk
2. Client Interaction & Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and service delivery
3. Billing & Financial Coordination
- Supervise billing processes, invoicing, and payment collections
- Ensure accuracy in billing and compliance with applicable policies
- Coordinate with accounts for reconciliation and reporting
4. Staff Management
- Supervise front office and support staff
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
- Train staff on customer service standards and clinic protocols
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and a positive work environment
5. Operations & Administration
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the clinic
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate procurement
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff for scheduling and support
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
