Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience.
The Oracle Core HR Configuration Analyst is responsible for the configuration, enhancement, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR solutions. This role serves as a functional and techno-functional expert in Oracle Core HR, Redwood UX, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle AI Agent Studio, and Oracle HCM Security. The analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative HR technology solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including at least 3 years of hands-on Oracle Core HR configuration experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Redwood UX, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle AI Agent Studio, and Oracle HCM Security.
- Experience configuring Security Profiles, Data Roles, RBAC, Workforce Structures, and Core HR business processes.
- Experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) for creating in-application guidance, user adoption programs, and digital learning experiences is a plus.
- Experience supporting Oracle quarterly releases, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integration concepts.
- Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio or AI-enabled HCM capabilities.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred
