Accounts Receivable Manager – Conex Terminal Pvt Ltd, Dronagiri, Nhava Sheva, Navi Mumbai, reporting to the Head – Accounts & Finance / Management, will be responsible for managing the complete Accounts Receivable function, including customer invoicing, outstanding tracking, ageing analysis, payment follow-ups, customer ledger reconciliation, collection management, and resolution of billing discrepancies. The role will involve coordinating with customers, Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams to ensure timely collections, monitoring overdue payments, preparing daily/weekly/monthly collection MIS, maintaining accurate receivable records, following up on payment commitments, managing credit control, and escalating long-pending outstanding amounts to management. B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance with 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections, preferably in logistics, shipping, terminal, CFS, or service industries, with strong MS Excel, accounting/ERP, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
