Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and cheerful Receptionist & Admin Executive to manage front desk operations and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for residents, guests, and staff.
our Impact
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and resident inquiries efficiently
- Handle calls, emails, and visitor logs with professionalism and organisation
- Assist in documentation, record-keeping, and basic admin duties
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams for seamless operations
- Support billing, inventory tracking, and vendor management
- Use or be willing to learn Hubode’s ERP system for efficient record and operations management
Who You Are
- 1+ year experience in reception, administration, or front office roles
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (emails, spreadsheets, documentation)
- Friendly, customer-first mindset with a professional demeanour
- Comfortable using or eager to learn ERP software
