- Customer Sourcing & Relationship Building: Identifying potential customers in villages or urban slums, building awareness about financial products, and creating Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) or Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
- KYC & Verification: Collecting and verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, conducting residential/business visits, and checking customer creditworthiness.
- Loan Processing & Disbursement: Assisting in filling out loan applications, conducting two-day Continuous Group Training (CGT) to explain terms, and facilitating loan disbursement.
- Collection & Repayment: Conducting regular, often daily/weekly, group meetings to collect installments and depositing the money into the bank on the same day.
- Financial Literacy & Support: Educating clients on financial management, providing, and promoting services like micro-insurance, savings, and pensions.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
