Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional dining experience at Imperial Kitchen, Venpalavattom.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high quality guest service.
- Greet guests, manage seating, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food & beverages.
- Handle table assignments, reservations, and guest inquiries professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth communication and service coordination.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant service role (Captain / Supervisor / Senior Waiter).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service attitude and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
- Basic familiarity with POS billing and table management systems (preferred).
