Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecaller cum HR Executive who will be responsible for calling potential clients/leads to convert business opportunities, while also managing day-to-day HR operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling & Business Development:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
- Explain company services and convert inquiries into business
- Follow up regularly with leads to close deals
- Maintain a record of calls, responses, and conversions
- Meet monthly calling and conversion targets
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Handle basic HR queries and grievances
- Coordinate with management for HR policy implementation

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Prior experience in telecalling or HR is a plus
- Confident, target-oriented, and well-organized
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
