VIDEOGRAPHER — SHORT-FORM & SOCIAL CONTENT

We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Videographer who understands how modern Instagram content is shot and knows how to turn everyday moments, properties and people into engaging short-form videos.
What You’ll Shoot
- Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & social-first videos
- Outdoor & on-location shoots
- Real estate site/project walkthroughs
- Property exteriors, interiors, amenities & construction progress
- B-roll — architecture, lifestyle, people, surroundings, details & movement
- Founder-led / talking-head videos
- Lifestyle & personal-brand content
- POV, walk-and-talk & behind-the-scenes content
- Event, launch & experiential content
- Interviews, testimonials & client stories
- Cinematic property shots, drone footage & establishing shots
- Trend-led formats, transitions, hooks and creative visual concepts
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram/Reels trends
- Excellent eye for framing, movement, lighting and storytelling
- Comfortable shooting with camera, smartphone, gimbal & basic lighting
- Can independently plan and execute outdoor/site shoots
- Basic editing skills in CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci / Final Cut are a plus
- Fast, energetic, creative and comfortable experimenting with new formats
- Portfolio of Reels/short-form work is a must
The Ideal Person
Someone who doesn’t just know how to operate a camera — they understand what makes people stop scrolling.
You should be comfortable moving between a luxury property shoot, a founder Reel, a lifestyle sequence and a completely new Instagram trend.
