Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, online directories, referrals, networking, social media, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
- Research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, WhatsApp outreach, and professional networking.
- Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and ensure regular engagement.
- Explore new channels and methods to generate business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
Sales & Business Development
- Contact and qualify company-generated and self-generated leads.
- Conduct professional sales conversations via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Present Plus UAE services and provide suitable business solutions.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow-Up & Conversion
- Perform daily follow-ups on leads, proposals, and pending payments.
- Ensure timely responses to all client inquiries.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects until closure.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed customers.
- Track proposal status and ensure effective follow-up until payment is received.
- Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities among existing clients.

CRM & Reporting
- Update lead status and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Track lead stages: New, Contacted, Interested, Proposal Sent, Follow-Up, Payment Pending, Converted, and Lost.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Monitor lead conversion rates and revenue generated.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline status.
Required Skills
