Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in inquiries and digital leads to convert potential prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations highlighting vehicle features, safety standards, and unique selling propositions.
- Facilitate and accompany customers on test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and OEM standards are followed.
- Assist customers with financial documentation, insurance options, and old vehicle exchange evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and real-time records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) teams to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales volume targets and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the automotive, BFSI, or retail sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Possession of a valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), or mobile sales applications.
- Willingness to work a 6-day week including weekends and public holidays as per industry standards.
Preferred
- Prior experience with a reputed automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) dealership.
- Basic understanding of retail finance, motor insurance, and RTO registration processes.
- Local residency with a strong geographical understanding of the assigned territory.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.A., or B.Sc preferred)

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (preferred), IRDA License for insurance (advantageous)
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role based in a premium showroom facility, requiring a professional dress code and a 6-day work week.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
