Company: Nakshatra Construction Job Title: HR Executive Location: As per company requirement Job Summary Nakshatra Construction is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and general HR administration. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Monitor attendance, leave, and employee timekeeping. Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents. Manage employee grievances and support employee engagement activities. Coordinate induction and training programs. Handle exit formalities, full and final settlements, and relieving documentation. Maintain HR MIS reports and provide regular updates to management. Support administrative activities whenever required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred. Experience 2–5 years of experience in HR. Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred. Skills Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance. Recruitment and talent acquisition. Payroll and attendance management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,856.31 - ₹20,000.00 per month
