About the Role
We have a customer base that buys on a seasonal rhythm — trade show calendars, church event cycles, conference seasons — and an email channel that isn't yet working as hard as it should.
We're looking for an Email Marketing Manager to own that channel and grow it: driving repeat purchases, nurturing leads, and building lifecycle campaigns that turn browsers into customers and customers into repeat buyers. It's a hands-on role — you'll be writing the copy, building the flows, and reading the numbers yourself, not managing an agency that does it for you.
What You'll Own
- Campaign calendar — Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal and trade-show-season pushes, and abandoned cart and browse recovery flows
- Lifecycle automation — Build and optimise welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, and other automated flows
- Segmentation — Segment the customer database (B2B vs B2C, churches, trade show exhibitors, repeat vs first-time buyers) for targeted messaging
- Copy and creative — Write and brief email copy, and coordinate with design for on-brand templates
- Testing — A/B test subject lines, send times, layouts, and CTAs to improve open, click, and conversion rates
- Reporting — Track open rate, CTR, revenue per email, list growth, and unsubscribe rate, and turn that data into decisions
- Sales support — Work with the sales team to support B2B email outreach
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce
- Proficiency with an ESP — Klaviyo strongly preferred, or Mailchimp, Omnisend, or ActiveCampaign
- Strong copywriting skills with a feel for persuasive, conversion-focused messaging
- Experience building automated flows and segmentation strategies
- Comfort reading performance data and acting on it rather than just reporting it
- INCLUDE'S COMMISSION
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Health insurance
- Provident Fund
Work Location: In person
