Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects using CRM and Excel.
- Connect with decision-makers to introduce the company's services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support business development activities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting email outreach.
- Willingness to learn B2B sales, AI, cloud technologies, and enterprise solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Eligibility
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, or any equivalent qualification.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
