Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, project management expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development projects from initiation to deployment.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and designers.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks proactively.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and status meetings.
- Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve project bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management within IT/Software Development.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing web, mobile, or enterprise application projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
