Sales and operations Job Description
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing custom-made sherwanis, men’s suits, jackets, and other formal wear. Responsibilities include understanding customer preferences, taking measurements, providing style and fabric recommendations, explaining customization options, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Maintain product knowledge, achieve sales targets, manage customer inquiries, coordinate fittings and alterations, and build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Support showroom presentation and assist in daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally
- Recommend custom sherwanis, suits, jackets, fabrics, and accessories
- Take accurate measurements and record customer requirements
- Coordinate fittings, alterations, and order follow-ups
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on fashion trends
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns
- Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing
- Process sales transactions and maintain customer records
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of men’s formal and ethnic fashion
- Attention to detail for measurements and customization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Fashion retail: 2 years (Preferred)
