Sales Executive – Ursa Flavoured Cashews
The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding the presence of Ursa products across Bengaluru by onboarding new retail stores, supermarkets, and other sales channels. The role involves regular market visits, relationship management with store owners and managers, ensuring product availability, generating orders, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate will work closely with distributors and the management team to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new supermarkets, grocery stores, and retail outlets.
- Visit existing stores regularly and maintain strong relationships.
- Generate orders and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Increase product visibility through proper shelf placement and displays.
- Coordinate with distributors for smooth order fulfillment.
- Track competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
- Meet monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in FMCG sales, retail sales, or distributor sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel within Bengaluru.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
