Scorpius Technology is looking for proactive and achievement-focused Client Acquisition Manager to handle digital marketing and web development projects while focusing on client acquisition & business growth strategy. The role involves dealing with US clients via chat, understanding client needs, tracking project progress, maintaining timelines, handling proposals and reports, and identifying new opportunities to expand services.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate digital marketing and web development projects to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
● Communicate with US clients via chat for requirement understanding, updates, and follow-ups
● Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and maintain proper documentation
● Submit proposals and share audit reports through email communication
● Conduct internal meetings to align client requirements with project execution
● Prepare project status updates and performance reports for clients
● Support client handling and actively identify opportunities for digital marketing services
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; candidates with B.Tech, BCA, or MCA are preferred
● Theoretical knowledge of SEO and web development concepts
● Excellent communication with a focus on client conversion and retention
