Position: Store Manager
Location: Rs Puram, Coimbatore.
Timing: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Pay: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives.

The Role:
We are looking for a people-first sales leader to own and grow the revenue of a Symphony branch. Your role is to understand customers deeply, guide your team to deliver meaningful product consultations, and create an environment where sales happen naturally — through trust, product knowledge, and genuine service. Branch assignment will be determined based on candidate profile and internal discussion.
Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will:
- Drive consistent branch revenue growth by building a high-performing, motivated sales team focused on quality customer interactions.
- Coach and develop the in-store team on product knowledge, customer engagement, and consultative selling — so every conversation adds value.
- Build lasting relationships with walk-in customers, repeat clients, and B2B accounts through a genuinely helpful and solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor branch sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and share structured insights with management regularly.
- Work closely with other branches and the corporate team to ensure consistent sales standards and cross-branch support.
- Travel to other Symphony branches once a month for reviews and inter-branch coordination.
- Stay sharp on product portfolio, market trends, and customer preferences — and bring those insights back to the team regularly.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years in a sales-led retail or showroom environment — home furnishings, interiors, or lifestyle products preferred.
- A demonstrated ability to grow sales through team development and strong customer relationships — not pressure tactics.
- Natural ability to engage customers, understand what they need, and guide them to the right product with confidence.
- Experience leading a floor team — setting direction, providing feedback, and keeping energy positive.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Knowledge of interior design, fabric types, or home décor trends is a significant advantage.
- Comfortable with basic reporting and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel once a month for cross-branch coordination.
