We are a growing MICE Travel Agency looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager / Senior Manager to manage end-to-end finance operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, vendor management, and financial controls, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or MICE industry.
Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance Operations
- Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and finalization of accounts
- Oversee AR/AP, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and MIS reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and cost control
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and assessments
- Ensure TDS deductions & filings (including vendor & hotel payments)
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities
- Ensure compliance with company, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Travel & MICE-Specific Responsibilities
- Manage hotel, airline, vendor, and event partner payments
- Track advances, settlements, refunds, and credit notes
- Reconcile event-wise costing, margins, and profitability
- Support pricing, costing, and budgeting for MICE projects
International Transactions & Remittances
- Handle international vendor payments and foreign remittances for overseas hotels, DMCs, airlines, and event partners
- Ensure compliance with RBI / FEMA guidelines for outward remittances
- Manage foreign currency transactions, exchange rate workings, and reconciliations
- Track advances, settlements, and refunds related to international MICE groups
- Coordinate with banks forforex documentation, and timelines
Team & Process Management
- Lead and guide junior accounts staff
- Improve accounting systems, SOPs, and internal controls
- Work closely with operations, sales, and management teams
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com (with strong accounting background)
Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (MIS, reconciliations, reporting)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or MICE industry
- Strong understanding of event-based costing and vendor settlements
- Hands-on experience in international remittances, FEMA compliance, and foreign vendor settlements for overseas groups will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
