Job Title: SaaS Proptech Sales Intern

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Assist in building targeted lead lists of real estate professionals and brokerages.
- Conduct initial outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest and schedule demos for the senior sales team.
- Market Research:
- Perform market analysis and research on competitor offerings within the proptech space.
- CRM & Administrative Support:
- Help maintain, update, and clean data within our sales CRM.
- Support campaign managers and the senior sales team with daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Sales Training:
- Participate in sales meetings, mock pitches, and training sessions to develop foundational closing and objection-handling skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of the sales funnel and lead generation channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter mentality with the initiative and drive to learn B2B SaaS sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills/Certifications:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Sales or business development certifications preferred but not required.
