Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Service GSA is responsible for providing excellent guest service by ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service in restaurants, banquets, room service, and other F&B outlets. The role requires maintaining service standards, guest satisfaction, and a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:Guest Service
- Welcome and escort guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Attend to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Operational Duties
- Set up tables, side stations, and service areas before opening.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restaurant and service areas.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Assist in buffet setup, banquet functions, and special events.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and equipment.
- Follow SOPs and service standards at all times.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Prepare guest bills accurately.
- Process payments through cash, card, or other approved methods.
- Ensure accurate billing and settlement procedures.
Hygiene & Safety
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow health, safety, and fire safety regulations.
- Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance as per company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in Hotel Management preferred.
- Freshers may apply; prior hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer-focused attitude and pleasant personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafes, or banquet operations.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
