Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring patient enrollment and service delivery processes
- Support leave management and coordination of field staff (nurses)
- Handle basic queries and escalate grievances or complaints to seniors
- Assist in resolving patient and staff concerns efficiently
- Help in scheduling field visits and supervising activities
- Assist in tracking field performance and identifying gaps
- Update reporting manager on field activities and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Willingness to work in field operations and finance
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Education: UG - Any Degree
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
