We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive our company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering lasting client relationships, and generating revenue through strategic initiatives, particularly within the IT services and solutions domain.
Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging technologies, and industry trends in IT services, SaaS, and digital solutions.
- Develop and execute scalable growth and sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base across domestic and international markets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding business challenges and proposing customized IT solutions.
- Own the complete IT sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, and discovery calls to solution mapping, negotiation, closure, and contract management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, delivery, and finance teams to craft winning proposals, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Track and analyze sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs using CRM tools to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution demos to enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition metrics.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, cold calling, Upwork/Freelancer client acquisition, and B2B outbound sales.
- Engage directly with decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Product Heads, and Procurement teams) to build trust and close high-value IT deals.
IT Sales Tools & Platforms (Good to Have):
- CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io for prospecting
- Email outreach tools like Mailshake, Woodpecker, or HubSpot Marketing
- Proposal and contract tools such as PandaDoc, DocuSign, or Proposify
- Project understanding of SaaS, Web & Mobile Development, AI/ML, Cloud, QA, DevOps, and Digital Transformation services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycles, and solution-based selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
