Job Description
Digitron is hiring a dedicated and technically skilled L1 Engineer – AMC Operations for our Mundra, Kutch operations. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and service support for ELV Systems, including CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, and Networking Infrastructure.
We are looking for a field-ready professional with hands-on experience in electronic security systems who can support AMC operations while ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, and related ELV solutions.
- Provide Level 1 technical support for service calls and customer issues.
- Diagnose and resolve CCTV, networking, and access control-related faults at client locations.
- Configure IP Cameras, NVRs/DVRs, biometric devices, access control systems, and basic networking devices.
- Assist in configuring switches, routers, LAN infrastructure, and IP-based security systems.
- Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits and attend breakdown calls within SLA timelines.
- Maintain service reports, AMC records, preventive maintenance checklists, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with senior engineers, clients, and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Follow project quality standards and safety procedures at all customer sites.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control Systems, Networking, or ELV maintenance.
- Good knowledge of IP Cameras, NVRs/DVRs, Biometric Devices, Access Control Systems, and basic networking.
- Understanding of LAN, IP addressing, switching, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Good communication, reporting, and customer coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in and around Mundra as required.
Important Eligibility Criteria
✅ Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in CCTV, Access Control, or ELV Systems.
✅ Freshers are not eligible for this position.
✅ Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is mandatory.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
