Job Description – CBSE Administration Officer
School: The Suraka School
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all CBSE-related documentation, correspondence, and administrative work for the school.
- Manage government permissions, approvals, licenses, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate CBSE affiliation processes, inspections, audits, and regulatory documentation.
- Prepare and submit reports, applications, and official documents to education departments and government authorities.
- Maintain proper records, files, and documentation related to CBSE and school administration.
- Ensure timely renewal of school certificates, licenses, and approvals.
- Coordinate with school management and various departments regarding compliance and administrative activities.
- Handle official emails, letters, and communication related to school operations and government authorities.
- Support overall school administrative functions when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in CBSE school administration and documentation work.
- Good knowledge of CBSE affiliation procedures, school compliance, and government regulations.
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting.
- Ability to manage confidential records and official procedures responsibly.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
