Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architectural & Interior Draftsman (GFC) with strong technical drafting skills and practical knowledge of construction detailing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings for architectural and interior fit-out projects while coordinating with architects, interior designers, site engineers, consultants, and project managers.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing execution drawings that enable smooth on-site construction with minimal revisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings for architectural and interior projects.
- Develop complete working drawings from design concepts and approved layouts.
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Prepare interior execution drawings, including:
- Furniture Layout Plans
- Flooring Layouts
- False Ceiling Layouts
- Electrical & Lighting Layouts
- Plumbing Layouts
- HVAC Coordination Drawings
- Wall Elevations
- Detailed Joinery & Furniture Drawings
- Kitchen, Wardrobe & Vanity Details
- Door & Window Details
- Staircase & Railing Details
- Toilet & Wet Area Details
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Review site measurements and update drawings based on actual site conditions.
- Ensure all drawings comply with design intent, construction standards, and project specifications.
- Maintain drawing revisions and proper documentation.
- Assist site engineers and project teams in resolving drawing-related issues during execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, contractors, and consultants for technical clarifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings according to project schedules.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Architectural and Interior GFC Drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and execution processes.
- Ability to interpret design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Good understanding of building services coordination (MEP).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
