About the role
- As a travel consultant, you will be responsible for creating quotes, booking, sales etc.
- Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary.
- Negotiation with hotels and contracting.
- Maintaining good relations with suppliers.
- Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands.
- Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound/ Outbound).
Job requirements:
- A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience within the travel industry handling B2C or B2B market working with Agents and FTOs.
- Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar.
- An eye for detailing and a customer experience-driven approach.
- It's an advantage if you know at least one destination we promote (Sri Lanka, Maldives, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Taiwan, Turkey, Morocco, Mauritius, Seychelles, Myanmar, Azerbaijan, uzbekistan etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation, Contracting and Interpersonal skills.
- Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills.
- Working knowledge of Travel ERP Systems and application.
- A creative flair and high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.
- Ready to work in Australian shift (4:30 am to 1:00 pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
