Job Description
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for our manufacturing unit located in Kundali, Sonipat. The candidate must have strong experience in plant HR, labour law compliance, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
- Handle recruitment for staff, operators, technicians, supervisors, and shop-floor employees.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave, shift roster, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Factory Act, and labour laws.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, warning letters, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage contract labour, labour contractors, vendors, and related compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS, monthly reports, headcount reports, attrition reports, and management dashboards.
- Support performance appraisal, training, policy implementation, and employee retention initiatives.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations and coordinate with labour authorities/consultants when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA HR or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 13+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, payroll, and contract labour management.
- Experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Good communication, negotiation, team handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
