We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with minimum 12 years of experience in handling large-scale building and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong experience in project execution, site coordination, planning, billing, client coordination, and team management.
Experience in government projects, hospital projects, KIIFB/PWD works, or multi-storey RCC structures will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall site execution and project coordination
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Handle project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Supervise billing, quantity verification, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract conditions
- Resolve site issues and maintain smooth project progress
- Lead engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors effectively
Requirements
- B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and infrastructure projects
- Experience in handling government/PWD/KIIFB projects preferred
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities under strict timelines

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
