We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor & Estimator with deep, hands-on precast concrete experience someone who understands not just general civil QS practice but the specific cost structures, material flows, production efficiencies, and contractual dynamics of precast manufacturing and project execution.
This is a senior, high-ownership role. You will lead all cost management, estimation, tendering, and commercial functions across active consulting and project engagements. You will work closely with the technical and project management teams, client-facing leadership, and external contractors ensuring projects are commercially sound from bid stage through final account.
The ideal candidate has operated in a QS or commercial management capacity on precast-heavy projects and can hit the ground running with minimal handholding.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
