About the Role:
- Drive B2B business development for Innovacio Technology's IT/Tech services
- Ideal for someone who's closed deals in Tech/IT/SaaS/Software/AI industry
- Experience targeting AUS-NZ, US & European markets required
- Independent, remote, part-time role
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities
- Build and manage client relationships across AUS-NZ, US & European markets
- Pitch and close deals for IT/tech services and solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead to conversion
- Coordinate with marketing/ads team on lead quality
- Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
- Report on pipeline status and conversion progress
What You Bring:
- 4+ years hands-on Business Development experience (required)
- Prior experience in the IT industry (required)
- AUS-NZ/US/Europe market experience (mandatory)
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Can work independently and own outcomes
- Proof of past deals closed/case studies
Compensation:
- Performance bonus: ₹60,000 for every successful conversion, per the company's conversion verification criteria
