Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work day shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven ability to understand products or platforms and clearly communicate value propositions to potential clients
- Experience in handling leads, customer follow-ups, and maintaining sales pipelines using CRM or internal systems
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Prior experience in a SaaS, product-based, or B2B sales environment is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of sales metrics, pricing, or financial concepts is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products, markets, and sales strategies
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
