Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Master’s Degree or PhD (Mandatory) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of teaching/faculty experience (Mandatory) in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical domain
- Experience in classroom teaching, academic instruction, or professional technical training is required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to teach students in both theoretical and practical environments
- Bengali language proficiency preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and lab-based sessions on Cyber Security concepts and practical applications
- Teach and mentor students through hands-on assignments, projects, and cybersecurity exercises
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assessments, and instructional content
- Guide students in cybersecurity concepts including networking, system security, threat awareness, and ethical hacking fundamentals
- Conduct student evaluations, assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and academic mentoring
- Stay updated with current cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices
- Support academic and departmental activities related to training delivery
Required Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- Cyber Security Fundamentals
- Network Security Concepts
- Ethical Hacking Fundamentals
- Linux and Windows Security Basics
- Cyber Threats and Risk Awareness
- Vulnerability Assessment Concepts
- Security Monitoring and Security Tools Basics
- Networking Fundamentals and System Security
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Cyber Security certifications will be an added advantage
- Prior experience teaching undergraduate or postgraduate students preferred
