Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT positions.
- Learn and assist in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist in lead generation and business outreach activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain recruitment and business activity trackers and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of hiring requirements.
