Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
- Meet customer satisfaction and performance targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
