1. Maintain and make necessary adjustments to various records and or for logs such as
Journals , payroll/time report, or property records
2. Verifies amounts and codes on various forms of accuracy
3. Sort’s documents and posts debit/credits to proper account . Balances entries and make necessary corrections
4. Verifies statement items and totals with departments records
5. Make and checks necessary calculation .
6. Answer inquiries regarding work being performed.
7. Prepare forms and encodes materials for data input
8. Prepare or checks Invoices , requisition and other documents for processing
9.Building Relationships with customers and clients.
10.Records of all Incoming and outgoing transactions.
11.Statutory works of Operations.
12.Maana Profit and loss account preparation.
