A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the project site and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily construction activities.
* Monitor labor, subcontractors, and material usage.
* Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
* Maintain quality and safety standards on site.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
* Track project progress and prepare daily reports.
* Resolve site-related issues and delays.
* Ensure timely completion of work within the project schedule.
Skills Required:
* Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
* Ability to read drawings and plans.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Problem-solving and time management abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
