Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Guide prospective students on courses, career paths, and admission procedures
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups
- Maintain and update student data in CRM/records
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding of students
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
- 0-2 years sales experience candidates can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
