Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate
Location: Thane
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (On Paper) in Real Estate – Mandatory
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (PF Deduction Applicable)
Shift: Day Shift (9 Hours)
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Interview Process: 2–3 Rounds (Mostly Face-to-Face)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Real Estate to manage and drive a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the real estate sector, strong leadership skills, and the ability to achieve business targets through effective team management and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Guide team members on lead generation, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching for performance improvement.
- Maintain daily MIS reports, productivity trackers, and sales dashboards.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and team efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience in Real Estate Team Handling.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage targets and drive team productivity.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and customer handling.
- Comfortable working with rotational week offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates must be based in or around Thane/Mumbai. No relocation candidates.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
