Call Center Manager (Healthcare)
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to lead a team of Telecalling Executives. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, experience in handling patients, and the ability to achieve daily calling targets.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Manage and support a small team of Telecalling Executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calling operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Guide the team in calling patients, explaining treatments and services, and scheduling appointments with partner hospitals.
- Monitor call quality, team performance, and ensure excellent patient experience.
- Coordinate with hospitals and internal teams to ensure smooth patient follow-up and appointment management.
- Have good communication skills in Hindi , along with basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a call center, with at least 2 years of experience managing a team. Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or diagnostics will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
