Designation: Legal Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a Legal Manager to support business operations by providing pragmatic, solution-oriented legal advice across commercial contracts, HR matters, client engagements, and compliance initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, responsiveness to business needs, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering
- Act as a legal partner to Operations and HR teams, providing day-to-day advisory support
- Translate business requirements into legally sound and commercially viable solutions
- Support internal stakeholders on risk identification and mitigation
2. Contracts & Commercials
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and HR-related documentation
- Ensure alignment with company policies, risk thresholds, and client requirements
- Support contract lifecycle management processes
3. RFP & Client Engagement Support
- Review and respond to RFPs, bid documents, and contractual schedules
- Work closely with business teams to ensure legal and commercial alignment in proposals
4. Compliance & Risk
- Collaborate with compliance and information security teams on regulatory and contractual requirements
- Assist in implementing and monitoring compliance frameworks
5. Client Audits & Queries
- Support responses to client audits, legal queries, and due diligence requests
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses
6. HR Legal Support
- Assist HR team on employment-related documentation, policies, and advisory matters
- Support disciplinary processes, investigations, and documentation where required
Qualifications & Experience
- LLB/LLM from a recognized university
- 7–9 years of experience in in-house legal teams or reputed law firms
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and stakeholder management
- Exposure to IT/ITES, healthcare, or RCM industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
