Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for gold loan products through field visits.
- Visit customers and explain gold loan products, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Source business through direct marketing activities, references, and customer visits.
- Assist customers with the gold loan application process and documentation.
- Coordinate with branch teams for loan processing and customer service.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers for renewals and additional loan requirements.
- Maintain daily activity reports and update customer information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Gold Loan / Banking Sales / Field Sales.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of gold loan products and banking processes.
