About Us:
Spenza Tiles is a growing premium tile showroom focused on design-driven products and architect-led sales. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive Accounts Executive who understands compliance and is open to modern accounting systems.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
- Manage TDS deductions, returns, and compliance
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries
- Bank reconciliation and vendor payments
- Assist in audit and compliance documentation
- Work on Zoho Books (training will be provided)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
- Experience with Tally or similar software
- Willingness to learn Zoho Books (mandatory)
- Attention to detail and discipline in work
Preferred:
- Experience in retail / trading business
- Basic understanding of inventory accounting
