About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven IT Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience with bidding portals and is skilled in LinkedIn and email marketing. The ideal candidate should be confident in generating leads, managing client communication, and closing deals in the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals on bidding portals
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and follow-ups
- Generate leads via LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline
Skills Required :
- Proven experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, etc.)
- Experience in LinkedIn marketing & email marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales, lead generation, and outreach (ChatGPT, Apollo, etc.)
- Ability to write compelling, personalized proposals using AI assistance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
