Position: Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proven track record in handling restaurant operations efficiently while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across restaurant outlets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of service, kitchen coordination, and overall guest experience.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, sales performance, and profitability.
- Handle staff management including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth inventory and stock management.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong guest relationships.
- Drive team motivation and maintain a positive work culture across outlets.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple outlets and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and staff management.
- Strong understanding of customer service standards.
- Ability to analyze reports, manage budgets, and improve operational performance.
