Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing and managing our agency's social media presence through content creation. This role requires expertise in business development, digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, AI, and AI agents-related development and marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
- Engage with national and international clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their requirements.
- Identify and pursue leads through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Draft and send proposals for a variety of projects, including:
o Web3 & Blockchain Development: Smart contract development (Ethereum, Solana, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc.), Decentralized applications (dApps) development, NFT marketplace development and integration, DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) development, DeFi (Decentralized Finance) solutions, Crypto wallet development and blockchain security solutions, Token development (Utility tokens, Security tokens, Governance tokens), Custom blockchain development and layer-2 scaling solutions
o Web3 & Blockchain Marketing: Community building and management (Discord, Telegram, Twitter), Influencer and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing for crypto projects, NFT and token launch marketing strategies, Growth hacking strategies for Web3 startups, Whitepaper and technical documentation writing, PR and brand positioning for blockchain projects, social media campaigns and engagement strategies
o AI & AI Agents Development: AI-powered chatbot and virtual assistant development, Generative AI applications (text, image, and voice-based solutions), AI-driven automation and workflow optimization, Custom AI model development for specific business needs, AI-powered recommendation systems, AI-based fraud detection and security solutions, AI agents for customer support and business operations, AI integration for Web3 and blockchain projects
o AI & AI Agents Marketing: AI-driven content creation and copywriting, AI-powered SEO and digital marketing strategies, AI analytics and predictive analytics for marketing campaigns, AI-driven automation for social media management, AI-enhanced personalized marketing solutions
o General Digital Marketing & Web Development: Website development (WordPress, Shopify, custom-coded solutions), E-commerce platform development , SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing), PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising and paid media campaigns, Graphic design and branding for businesses, Content marketing, blogs, and social media content creation, Email marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business trends.
- Develop marketing strategies for product positioning and promotion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and manage the agency’s social media presence across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, posts, reels, blogs, and whitepapers, to increase reach and engagement.
- Implement content marketing strategies to promote services and attract potential clients.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and optimize content accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Web3, blockchain, AI, AI agents, and digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Web3, blockchain, AI, and AI agents-related services.
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and AI/Web3 marketing.
- Interest in graphic design, AI-driven marketing, and blockchain technology.
