Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth by developing strong relationships with wholesale dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital channels.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Any Degree (BBA/MBA/Marketing Preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office & B2B Sales platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in textile, retail, or marketing industry is an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or MBA (HR/Marketing)
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Freshers with knowledge of Sales and MS Excel are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to motivate and engage teams
