You facilitate job postings in Workday and ensure they are up to date, accurate and aligned with our requirements.
You conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit, providing a professional first impression of Eppendorf.
You coordinate interviews and meetings, managing calendars and scheduling to ensure a smooth and structured recruitment workflow.
You maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, answering questions and keeping them informed about their status in the process.
You update recruitment reports on a regular basis, providing visibility into the progress and status of open positions.
You support background verification processes, helping to ensure a reliable and compliant assessment of candidate credentials.
You contribute to continuous improvement in the recruitment life cycle by sharing observations and ideas for more efficient processes.
You support the coordination of Mercer tests and other assessments, helping ensure a consistent and fair evaluation of candidates.
You assist in various HR operations activities as needed (e.g. onboarding support, documentation, employee queries), gaining broad exposure to the P&O function.
You contribute to the payroll process, supporting accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
You help compile statutory reports for India and MEA, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
You collaborate on creating quick guides and simple explanations for APA policies, making complex information accessible and easy to understand for employees and managers.
Bringing a bachelor’s degree / master's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, commerce or a related field – or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience (e.g. internships).
Showing strong interest in HR, talent acquisition and people topics, and a desire to build a career in the P&O field.
Ideally bringing initial experience (e.g. internship, apprenticeship or project work) in recruitment, HR operations or administrative roles.
Working confidently with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and being eager to learn new digital tools and HR systems (experience with Workday is an advantage).
Communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and representing Eppendorf in a service‑oriented and friendly manner towards candidates and colleagues.
Being well‑organized, reliable and detail‑oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, follow defined processes and meet deadlines.
Demonstrating a proactive, hands‑on mindset: you ask questions, seek feedback and are curious to understand the “why” behind processes.
Handling confidential information with discretion and acting with integrity in all HR‑related topics.
